Originally released in 1973, The Dark Side Of The Moon became Pink Floyd's first number one album in the USA, remaining on the chart for 741 weeks between 1973 and 1988.We are available to book for live shows and events, as well as bespoke licensed music for videos, commercials, TV, film and more. is a minimal track, which builds a distant chiming guitar around REM/UP style drum machine, before veering off with "THE RAINDROPS". Escaping this sorry world in dreamland, a vague Beckettian indicnation surfaces- "We don't want the loonies taking over" as sublime backing vocals and fractally-fractured guitars bend and chime- Where I End and You Begin is another of the more instant songs- something uncertain between and lost, the vague theme of the album?

I know a few people who didn't get on with this album initially, but after hearing it on LP have got in to it and now love it! Great in this original format or as the extended ‘kid a mnesia’ which fuses this masterpiece with the even more experimental and electronic leaning Amnesia album. Hail To The Thief' is immersed in dread and paranoia, albeit a more visceral, emboldened dread and paranoia. Moving slightly away from the heavy electronic influenced last two albums and back towards more intense numbers (a la 'OK Computer').All image and audio content is used by permission of the copyright holders or their agents, and/or according to fair dealing as per the UK Copyright, Designs and Patents Act 1988.
