The best thing that worked for me was that I stopped bringing her onto the bed to feed her as she used to fall asleep and then would be annoyed when she woke up in her cot. I now cradle her (more tiring for me but it has halved wake ups as I think it keeps her more awake) while I feed her and then she is kinda half asleep/almost asleep when I put her down. It’s basically let your child cry until they settle themselves whilst you are repeating the same thing You have to make a decision but it does get easier as you start weaning him on solids. Not right away but he will get into routine.
